Every loaf comes sliced (or keep it whole). We source the cleanest ingredients we can find — organic flours and sugars, organic milk, free-range eggs — and never use preservatives. Best within 3–4 days, or refrigerate 4–5 days longer.

Everything is baked by hand in our small, shared kitchen, where we work with tree nuts (almonds), wheat, dairy, and eggs every day — and ingredients and seasonal inclusions change from batch to batch, so allergens can vary.
