The Menu

Every loaf comes sliced – the Oven Bliss difference. Prefer it whole? Choose “Keep whole” on any loaf.

The cleanest ingredients we can find. We reach for organic flours and sugars, 2% organic milk, free-range eggs, and filtered water – chosen to protect real flavor and texture, never preservatives. Exact ingredients and seasonal inclusions vary by batch; the standard behind them doesn’t.

Baked fresh, no preservatives. Best enjoyed within 3-4 days – or refrigerate to keep 4-5 days longer.

A note on allergies. Everything is baked by hand in our small, shared kitchen, where we work with tree nuts (almonds), wheat, dairy, and eggs every day. Because of that we can’t guarantee any item is free of these – even items that don’t list them. Ingredients and seasonal inclusions also change from batch to batch, so allergens can vary. If you or someone you’re ordering for has a serious allergy, please message us first at info@ovenblissbakery.com and we’ll be honest about what we can and can’t do.
